Rapid7 InsightVM
Connect Furl to Rapid7 InsightVM using your personal API key.
Description
Section titled “Description”Used for ingesting vulnerability scan data. This integration allows Furl to prioritize and track vulnerabilities discovered on managed assets.
Configuration Steps
Section titled “Configuration Steps”- Log in to the Rapid7 Insight Platform: https://insight.rapid7.com
- Navigate to API Key Management under your user profile.
- Create a new API Key and copy it securely. Rapid7 InsightVM requires this to be a platform admin API key.
- Identify the correct region based on your deployment. Common values include: us, us2, us3, eu, ca, au, ap
Required Configuration
Section titled “Required Configuration”Provide the following in Furl:
- API Key - Your Rapid7 platform admin API key
- Region - Your Rapid7 deployment region (us, us2, us3, eu, ca, au, ap)
Supported Capabilities
Section titled “Supported Capabilities”Datasources
Section titled “Datasources”- Assets [REQUIRED] → Import asset and vulnerability findings used by furl to group and prioritize projects and begin remediating security risks
- Vulnerability Definitions → Import vulnerability definitions to allow furl to have greater enrichment of the vulnerabilities in your environment

Section titled “Actions”Currently no actions are supported for this integration.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Ensure your API key has platform admin permissions
- Verify the correct region is selected for your deployment
- Check that the API key is valid by running the test command above
